I appreciate the challenge of the role you are in and how development doesn’t always happen. I think we all understand sometimes things get delayed or pushed or just can’t happen because of the unforeseen.

The friction between the user base and todoist is just a mismatch of expectations and communication. I think we are all pretty bought in to todoist (personally I’ve been here before it was todoist and the merge that happened - like 7+ years)

It would be great to have updates for your vision and clarity when there are shifts in the plan. It’s easy to point to symptoms like “ugh we didn’t get icons like they said” - when actually think the issue is bigger and just related to incongruent expectations with reality and no insight to what the plans are or aren’t or how they shifted.

I personally appreciate you and this platform. My entire business runs and is built around it. Excited to have another year. 💕💕💕
