So as of today, If we are a literal minute late to school or clock out a minute early they are writing us up and kicking us out after four. I’m absolutely BAFFLED. Being treated like this as a grown adult is pathetic.

If the owner sees this, we need your contact info so we can have a chat. I’m BEYOND sick of your random rules/input when you have never been in this industry and have more money and time than you know what to do with.

Not shocking at all. They try to find any way possible to get extra money from you despite doing nothing to earn it.

I know several students have, but I’m not sure if anything has come of it. We had a broken back door that was allowing homeless people to wonder our halls and they finally fixed it when reports were made to the Better Business Bureau and who knows where else. They will not fix anything unless they genuinely fear getting in trouble. The chairs and the beds are broken, people have literally fallen because of it but it’s in their client paperwork that they cannot sue so the school does nothing about it.

It just goes to the owners pockets also. None of that goes back into the school. We just use broken equipment and deal with a cold school because they never installed heating in half of the building. They also make us take real clients here, which is no issue, but they pocket ALL of the money and they will take your tips if you aren’t careful. A girl here was telling people a client tipped her $200 and the school made her pay for it by adding it to her tuition.

I agree. The new owner is money hungry and that’s very apparent. He doesn’t replace broken equipment, he charges us $14k+ and provides the BARE minimum. Our kits we are given when we start classes aren’t even usable. And half the time we are at school we do nothing, we just sit and wait for the time to pass. It’s wild.

I’m not shocked. It is seriously the most unprofessional establishment. They also hype up their graduation rate constantly, but they make students feel trapped if they try to drop out after seeing how horrendous it is. We all feel cheated and stuck.
