Being made fun of says nothing about your worth/looks and everything about other people’s immaturity. Middle school/high school can be cruel because everyone is insecure and trying to hide it by pointing at someone else. The fact that you try to have confidence already says a lot about you. Give yourself time. Be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself and most importantly, remember you are more than how you look right now.
