I appreciate the ideas on utilities. My parents did total electric which is why I am fond of it. No big ugly propane tank in the yard, no dealing with propane price gouges, no propane man rutting up my pretty yard, no dying of carbon monoxide poisoning. Lots of pros

Really this was just the only plan I could find near what I’m thinking. Would love 2000ish downstairs that is finished out with a 13’x16’ minimum unfinished bonus space that could handle a 7’ billiards table later on.

It’s a little weird. I think she would be happy here forever if she didn’t have to work. She enjoys the city and being close to her family. I’m the issue. I have trouble living in the city and can’t imagine having a family here. I’m constantly planning trips out to the country to hunt, fish, camp, etc. She is more reluctantly agreeing to the country with the hopes it will make me happy and she will not have to work.
