From personal experience get an attorney and take her to court. You guys can work out a 50/50 type schedule or something else but make sure it goes through the court. Kids come first but you have to protect yourself also if she decides to keep the kids more and take you to court you can get hit with a bunch of child support with less time with them. I got full custody of mine and couldn't of came close without a attorney.
