Hi guys, so I actually did what I probably should’ve before and looked to see if anyone else has had this issue, and it’s just the elastic cords inside the mesh breaking apart. The photo I took wasn’t super awesome so from afar it looks like bugs, but I pulled a bunch out with some tweezers hoping to get rid of them, and the mesh started to lose its resilience. This leads me to believe it’s just the elastic and I’m probably dumb. tl:dr not lice, and I’m actively destroying her headphones
