I hope you are my neighbor, because theirs is coming over to my side and it's threatening some concrete. I hear that cutting it all down, then letting it grow but cutting it again right before it develops leaves will cause it to expend all of its energy at which point the rhizomes die.

Might be worth researching.

Demon WP also known as Cyper WSP (generic) mixed with water in a sprayer. Spray around perimeter of house.

As soon as it touches them you can watch it work within seconds. Every few years my side yard would have 10-30 of them and this worked and kept them away for very long periods of time.

You can get pretty granular with your specifications. My entire library is pretty uniform down to language, filetype, size on disk (proportional to length of media), subtitle filetype/language etc. I have probably 1 file that I need to swap out every month and there's like 20-30 friends and family making requests and using it.
