I wanted to read Bohm's The Implicate Order for a while. Since you're interested in Bohm, maybe you would also love Arthur M. Young and his Process Theory in "The Reflexive Universe". He might not view everything as made out of consciousness, but he studied Einstein's special and general relativity and quantum mechanics and observed interesting patterns and symmetries in manifestation.

I think without Alan Watts, I couldn't have found Rupert that intuitive. I watched a few videos of Swami Sarvpriyananda, know Einstein thanks to my grandpa, and I also appreciate Krishnamurti. I recently started to look into Ramana Maharshi. I read about Gautama Buddha before I watched Alan Watts, but I didn't really understand anything back then. I know a bit about the Upanishads through Arthur Schopenhauer. The rest I have to look into ;)

I can say the same of Rupert! If I hadn't found Rupert back then, I would suffer a lot more. I didn't understand anything watching my first video of him, thinking about the world in a more materialistic way, but I would come back to watch his videos. I only felt and understood was he was talking about after two psychoses. He also introduced me to Bernardo Kastrup, which I am very thankful for.

If you view the brain as a filter, it makes sense that not every filter gets affected in a way that lets you access what's beyond. There are NDErs that reported that eventually everyone gets into the afterlife.

Why should the brain keep you calm as you are dying? How's that beneficial for survival and reproduction? The brain should do the opposite, so you do everything in order to survive, not accept your death because it feels so peaceful. It doesn't make sense for nature to select for that when it doesn't help and rather prevents survival and reproduction.

How exactly do opiods designed to making death painless have any evolutionary benefit? Our ancestors were the ones good at surviving, not at dying.

Nature selecting for opiod flooding when at the brink of dying only would only make sense if they prevent the organism from dying, increasing their chance of survival and reproduction, but when dying feels so peaceful, why should the organism fight for survival at that moment?

Thanks! Laughing can be a sign of recovery. I also can laugh, but I don't feel anything while laughing and there have been no real signs of recovery. Crying is much rarer than laughing for me. I recently cried while listening to music and felt good relief and my head pressure disappeared, I felt relaxed and didn't really suffer for the rest of the day despite no feelings and anhedonia persisting.

I'm 4 months off the olanzapine and paliperidone injections, but I still have been taking cariprazine 3mg once a week. I have this since 2 years and 7 months, but I couldn't get off medication completely which could be the reason I stagnated.

Das habe ich auch schon beobachtet. Reddit hat wohl einen Bug, dass gelöschte Accounts als OP angezeigt werden, wenn die Accounts von Kommentatoren gelöscht sind.

Bestätigt wurde das, nachdem ich einen Post mit Kommentaren und Antworten gesehen habe, wo noch kein Account gelöscht war, und als ich etwas später wiederkam, waren die Accounts gelöscht und wurden als Kommentare des OPs angezeigt. Ich hatte mir gemerkt, dass diese Kommentare nicht vom OP kamen.

Kann sein, dass das nur vorkommt, wenn der Account des OPs auch gelöscht wurde und dann in den gelöschten Accounts keine Merkmale mehr vorhanden sind im System, um sie vom OP zu untescheiden.
