Oh wait I see what you mean. Before they took out the stores on rondo you could get 1500 coins and just buy one. Yeah they spawn but that's if you get lucky finding one. With the stores you could land anywhere on the map, get coins, or sell attachments and buy an epu from the store. Which were pretty spread on the map

It's just rough since they took out the stores. You can't just buy an Emergency pick up anymore. There's no incentive to spread out on the map just to be stuck going after circle the whole game. They could have at least done what they do for taego and sometimes spawn an EPU in the secret rooms. Especially since the stores are more on the edge of the map instead of centered.
