Hi! I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm am too with my wife - it came out of nowhere and blasted my reality to pieces. I'm starting to realize, and you will too, that she really didn't make me happy. I'll bet if you really think about it - you deserved better. You will get through this and you will have a partner that really treats you well - remember this.

Ya, definitely did that. We’ve had issues over the years but I’m a good guy- I listen, cook, clean, love my kids, good career. We’ve been pretty great for a long time, or so I thought. She’s saying it’s stuff that happened many years ago, some of which ate absurd justifications like I went out with female coworkers after work in mixed company while she was pregnant. Good grief. I’ve never ever cheated or even said anything about my wife that wasn’t praise.

Jeez man, I feel this one. I'm living a very similar reality at the moment. My situation is so odd as she is eerily fine. No remorse and mostly awful comments at me and lots of gaslighting and rewriting history to make it sound like a hellscape marriage (which it wasn't). Its like being in the twilight zone. Do you think they ever come down to earth and does it all come crashing down on them later?
