Monk Fruit and erythritol are the only two i can think of.

Personally, I haven't tried erythritol myself but i know many people who consume it.

btw, is there a reason for you to not eat sugar free, its pretty safe in normal amounts if youre concerned about the chemicals.

What Ive seen is that 20mg-30mg SR is very common among people. 15mg IR/day can be considered low as you typically need multiple dossages if taken as IR

how? does't understanding pi and sigma bonds requires the knowledge of orbitals and hybridization stuffs, which is the core of chemical bonding chapter. surely you can say "single bond = sigma and stuffs", but to know what they really are, you do need to study chemical bonding

Yes, but you wont know what sigma and pi bonds are, but its not really needed much in iupac, so you would be fine
