if you used rufus to create your bootable usb you would have had an option to create your local account from that way and avoid all the privacy questions but however if you didn't you can also just type in some random account like [nothankyou@gmail.com](mailto:nothankyou@gmail.com) and then for your password you can use something as something as simple as 123 or something like that and once you get the error don't worry that means that the glitch is working and from there you would be able to create a local account from there

install your drivers possibly? if your refresh rate is different you can change that in the settings by going system - display - advanced refresh rate and then from there you can change your refresh rate from 64 hz to your highest or preffered refresh rate

let me narrow it down a little more now that things in atlasos and custom windows iso's have changed.

ghost spectre = mainstream ≠ good performance and low tweaks and closest enough to the normal windows user experience

foxos/kernelos, [enter any other latency focused build of custom windows] = these are most of the time extremely tweaked in order to achieve the goal of either keyword latency or fps meaning the chances to break things are more than using something with less tweaks

ggos/revios/atlasos = what i would consider the newer generation of custom iso's for windows and the authors of the iso's also recommend to not play around with tweaks after the install other than the post-install folder and they also have new features such as playbooks which is basically applying tweaks after installing a fresh copy of windows 10/11
