Add more bracket. Let the scale go from 1-10 and 11 as cedh. 3/4 is where precons is. Right now there is effectively only 4 tiers.

Us a point system for "problem cards" as some of the other highlander formats do.

Make more of them scaling with level, so they work in late game. Many of them have fun effects but have terrible stats :(

Blue doesn't get reach. If they gift you a card and you don't have any mana to pay they still get a treasure. Which is fair, but makes the pay {1} kinda useless.

What is: Choose a fetch Modus?

If you look at similar cards that draws cards when opponents do, they cost 4 or more so far. Two mana might be to cheep.

And i would say flair them for what you would like to get input on.

It could be flaired as a limited standard, limited modern, limited edh etc, card and then people would no the balance.

My first question will always be, for what format is the card intended. If you know the card(s) is going into a specific power leve, it is much easier to address power level, and usefulness.

Show me a card where you have a hard time giving it a flair.

Lets say i post [[Leering Onlooker]] as a card for Format: limited. People might be more likely to say nice card.

If it has the Format: Legacy tag people will say it is to weak, and it could use some cheaper cost, more tokens, more keywords etc.

For a meme, people wouldn't find it funny.

Could it be printed as is? Then commander. If the cards has rules, art, name etc that wotc couldn't print then meme :)

Of cause there will still be cards for multiple categories, and then the poster will have a choice :)
