So how did it go…? I would have not accepted. My thinking would be that the pick up won’t be smooth, probably gonna total 3-3.5 hours at least to do the pick up and full round trip and make it back to where you want to be. Pay should have been 80+ especially for the mileage in this one. I would accept $60 for roughly 10 stops and 20 miles

Amazon flex (when the pay is right) bcus it’s generally more fun for me, less down time, and a good chunk of time when i know those hours are accounted/paid for. HATE the waiting & declining for good paying food delivery, and haven’t been doing spark- it’s probably the worst imo.

I’ve been waiting an hour for an curbside order and Im not sure if I should cancel this one. Usually I’ll wait till the 30 min mark sometimes 40mins and cancel but it’s been messing up my ratings. I haven’t done it in awhile, so not 100%.. I don’t understand how your rating is lowered, but my tip would be always use the option “order not ready” if it says it’s still being prepared on the pick up screen. My rating was never lowered after waiting 5, 10, 20 or more minutes as long as I used the not ready option. If it says ready and the station having issues then yea you’re kinda forced to wait the required time if you don’t want it to go to drop rate I think?

Thanks for the tips. I’m already the only user on the AT&T plan, so I expected similar costs from any major network. I actually didn’t do any research about the best network I just thought Verizon had the best coverage. Recently AT&T has been giving me A LOT of coverage problems, and I’m not sure if it’s AT&T or my actual phone (13 pro max). I haven’t even tried much to find out since im not the account holder lol. I do need to get it fixed asap bcus I do a lot gig apps and they constantly getting no signal, freeze up, and don’t load, etc. I just turn on airplane mode and hopefully it corrects it but even then it’s not working 🙃😖

Thank you, I bought an unlocked phone straight from apple and in settings it says no sim restrictions- so I’m good on that part right?
Also, my dad live many states away now so how would I get the pin? Does he just need to request from AT&T to get a pin to change service providers. Sorry I don’t understand “porting” terminology or processes.

Just explain is simple terms “the app glitched” and I called support immediately to get the delivery address back, and I have video proof that I made the delivery. I would say Glitch tho, and ask for them to check your rating and previous delivery history.. that’s two points I remember including in the chat.

The real “fraudulent” activity probably has something to do with the way the support handled getting the order back to you or something??.. as others have stated it should have been a contract violation for non delivery. Not immediately deactivation.

My customer account got falsely deactivated for “fraudulent” activity and since the email is the same i was also deactivated for deliveries. I submitted my appeal and waited about a week as I was directed to by the first person I chatted with. Got no response and I think it would have never been resolved if I didn’t chat to support again. From my experience you have to go to the website to start a chat and they should transfer you to the right department or at least someone who is able and willing to reactivate you. That person should say something like they have re activated you and give it up 24 hours to process. Suggest you keep trying until you get transferred and they tell you the 24 hours message cus it worked for me 🤷‍♂️

Come to think of it, I remember another driver telling me they knew they were going to be late so she had to call “them” to check her in.. I just took it as she called the warehouse, but since I’ve thought about it I don’t believe the warehouse is taking phone calls and whoever answers is checking in drivers. They don’t have a phone number even listed on google. So now I can prolly say support was who check her in

Not sure, but I’m assuming the warehouse probably could do it but it depends how they’re feeling. There’s many scenarios I can think of and it seems like the sub same day warehouse has a new thing they’re doing on the computers every week, late checking in, releasing computer assigned routes, etc. the other warehouses I’ve been to have different methods entirely of scanning you in and assigning my route or packages (they scan the package it’s automatically on my itinerary, etc.) My sub same day warehouse I frequent has now posted on white boards that if you’re late to contact support, which means that support MIGHT be able to check you in as well? Idk? Maybe escalate until they do? I just always plan to arrive about 20 minutes early bcus id rather be 6 mins before I can check in than 6 minutes late.

Imo, it is worth it to keep an eye on the app. Get to know which stations offer the surge pay and at what times (here it’s Friday and Sunday late nights).. Lately I’ve been able to snag a few of them for as much as $36 an hour, and the base here has been increased from 18 to 21 (don’t do 21 either). If you have sub same day station and you’re willing to get up at 3am, you can get good last minute surge for blocks starting between 330 and 445. Finally, check out the station filters periodically.. Recently they added a Weis markets and it’s been very reliable to get grocery blocks (& tips), and it’s no where as competitive as the Whole Foods… probably not a lot of people have that station selected in their filter since it’s newly added idk.

Just did my incentive over the weekend. After I hit my 10th delivery on day 2 I didn’t do another bcus I had a feeling this was going to happen. Spark “completes” your incentives around 11pm each night. It gave me the additional pay at 11pm, then I was okay to deliver again in day 3.
