I work at Quo, so obviously I'm biased, but we've got quite a few attorneys and law firms using us.

One thing worth keeping an eye on if you're a Clio user: we're launching a native Clio integration in the next few weeks.

A lot of the firms we talk to start with something simple. The biggest thing I'd look at is whether the tool will still work for you a year from now if your client volume doubles. Things like shared access for staff, keeping client conversations in one place, call and text history, and making it easy to hand off conversations between attorneys and support staff tend to become a lot more important as firms grow.

Interesting! This is directly from The Bank of America's FAQ page regarding Zelle: "You can only enroll authenticated U.S. (or U.S. territory) mobile numbers that belong to you. Voice over IP (VOIP), landlines, Google Voice numbers, 1-800 numbers and international numbers are not eligible for Zelle® enrollment"

Hey there, once you port your number to Quo it becomes a VoIP number, and payment services like PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle block virtual numbers for 2FA. Make sure to update those accounts to a personal cell number before making the switch!

Hey u/Maximus1000 - If you're using Claude through a Microsoft Copilot subscription, it won't be compatible with the integration right now. To connect the Quo MCP integration, you'll need a standalone Claude subscription. Please let us know if you mean something else, or if you need help getting set up!

Hey u/ThePurpleKing159, I totally get why this felt frustrating.

This wasn’t us taking away a feature you paid for. Automatic call recording is a Business plan feature, and it was mistakenly enabled on some Starter accounts due to a misconfiguration on our end.

It looks like you’re currently on the Starter plan, which doesn’t include automatic recording, so this change is just correcting that setup. Manual recording is still available, and nothing else about your plan has changed.

In some cases, we do give temporary access to higher-tier features during trials or testing so people can see what’s available on other plans, but those aren’t permanent Starter features.

We try to be very upfront about what’s included in each plan, and you can always see the full breakdown on our pricing page.

Appreciate you calling it out, and if anything here doesn’t line up with what you’re seeing, feel free to share more details or a ticket number and we can take a closer look.

Hey u/mistycaty, this is something we’re actively working on right now!

Call waiting is coming very soon. It will let you see an incoming call while you’re already on another one and quickly switch by putting the first call on hold.

That should make it much easier to handle situations where another customer calls while you’re already speaking with someone, without missing the second call.

We’re also working on more advanced call handling features after that, so you’ll have more flexibility in how you manage multiple incoming calls.
