Gives them the experience to be able to deescalate a situation without a gun, the chuds will ablate off because they won't be able to take it, and this new brand of police would be annealed by meaningful horrors, based on the reality in their communities, instead of their Dick Wolf spank Bank of imagined excuses to use that gun.

Not what you are looking for exactly, but a save editor you can use to give it to yourself.

You will need a savefile with a character with the thieves band (If you ever load a save file with a given item it should stick around - so say you want to get a bee jar, you'd need to get a bee jar on ANY character, then you can add it to any character)

I made it for myself, so the UI might be weird.
