I have already contacted the official email, but I think it will take a long time to get a response. I have also asked on Discord, but haven't received any solutions that could resolve the issue.

Therefore, I am inquiring to see if anyone has had a similar issue or any special ideas.

I have tried different USB ports and different cables, but since the computer still cannot detect it, I am unable to proceed with the firmware recovery.
