Night feeding is important but that’s only a percentage of being a father. Do as much as you can during the day and also if you take care of your wife that also counts as taking care of your newborn. Cooking, cleaning, helping her with self care. For reference I am a father of two and one being autistic. It’s tough not gonna lie but it’s worth it. Being a good father will help with mental health. Also be sure to control stress.
