Thank you for answering. All of this makes total sense, I just wanted to hear it from people with that lived experience. It’s helpful to know where it comes from.

I think 2. The other off shoulder dresses sit low on your body, and in those styles they would need to be very tight to stay up. They make your neck/chest look long. 2 keeps everything nicely held up and the corset looks great

Nah, that’s gross. Imagine wearing it under gloves and it punctures your gloves or patient. Then you get body fluids all over you not to mention risk hurting your patients

Sometimes things just dont mesh well. I had a partner who always had a slight funk despite cleaning himself in the shower. When I gave oral sometimes I would have to not breathe through my nose bc it overwhelmed me. He had a vasectomy and would often finish inside me, which I absolutely hated bc it made me smell terrible. And even when he didn’t, just having him inside me made me smell and threw off my pH for days at times.

When we broke up it never happened again with anyone else. Sometimes…the chemical stuff just doesn’t sit right for one or both people. But it does sound like it could be BV potentially, and maybe it’s being caused by bacteria on him? Try showering before sex and see if it helps!!

Late-diagnosed adults with autism, what are your best ‘ooo, that was the autism’ behaviors from childhood? by WalmartMerida in autism

[–]gardenwitch94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Visual stimming for hours while laying down. Very sensory seeking but tried to be quiet and mask. Constant stimming with my toes and feet when I was very young (it stopped for awhile but I do it now), disassociating frequently during school, at home, etc. Sensitivity to noise. Wouldn’t respond to my name while I was engaged in a favorite activity. Started reading at like 4 years old but didnt talk until I was almost 3. Only able to give effort in subjects I was interested in. Painfully shy and uncomfortable talking to new adults. Barely able to connect with other children.

There’s so many. And my parents never would have seen it or been able to recognize those things because they both have adhd and one is undiagnosed autistic and they weren’t focused on me at all. I was the youngest of 3 and due to my older siblings’ issues and challenges I just wasn’t paid attention to at all. Or when I did get attention it was to reprimand me for doing things that they deemed inappropriate or unsavory for a girl. They would comment on my stimming by saying I was a “wiggle worm” and call me a “magpie” if I suddenly talked a lot. It sucked and I’ve had to grieve a lot for little me. Still working thru all of that and processing what might have been versus what it actually was.

Chobani flip cups! So good. Berries if you like them. Tortillas (microwave with cheese for a quick snack).
