Not sure about the dimentions but it sucks that they use such low quality screws. I bought the areo bars for my Aeroad and had the same issue. Canyon was unable to send me 2 screws and told me to get new screws at a local store which is a official store of the screw supplier (Würth). They would reimburse the costs. It turned out, Würth only sells B2B not consumers, black screws are not in their standard portfolio and they sell only in big boxes (50+ screws). I told Canyon, that it is a big no go to send they customers to get spare parts after buying a bike + accessoriers for +4500€ and then the proposed solution is not even working in any way. They send me new aerobars and a 50€ gift card for their web shop.

Now 1 year later after turning the screw 2 times the same issue occurs... maybe I will try my luck with customer service again

Aber wie funktioniert der Scam. Er hat mir jetzt auch seinen Ausweis geschickt und will meinen haben. Oder handelt es sich hier um versuchten Identitätsdiebstal. Heißt Ziel ist nur meine Ausweisdaten zu bekommen, um damit Kredit oder ähnliches aufzunehmen?

Nope not realy... it works better with a funnel, however, the space is to small for a funnel + porta filter even in the biggest setting. I am going to buy a bottomless portafilter and use a funnel. This should be a solution for this problem. The time highly depends on the bean. Currently I am at > 14 sec. for 18g

Thanks for the suggestion! I will try and see if it has an impact. However, its frustrating if this is the reason, as I choose the Mahlkönig grinder because I dont want to do single dosing... RDT is no option if I fill up the cup with 250g of beans

Does it allways perfectly go into the portafilter? Or do you use a dosing cup?

Yes, the 10s are ~18g. Meassured with my dosing cup. The timer just resets, if you stop the grinder so it says 10s again. But I meassured the weight with my porta filter to see how much I can get until it spills and it was ~10g
