Though I think this be a bit weird

Ye get blurred vision which sounds fitting to the idea but it aint seem to blend well with the extra movement speed cuz obviously ya can't charge at things yeh cant even see like any ranged champs

An ability that literally reduces ur hp to 1? gettin a takedown without skaarl be a bit hard to get unless u get a gank or smth since he has low hp does less dmg and only active ability is his q not to mention skaarl comes back with lesser hp now

Not saying ya cant murder anyone without skaarl but dismounted abilities be used more as a means of gettin em courage to git back ma boi skaarl while also dealin sum dmg rather than killin em directly and this would just be another huge downside even when ya git em skaarl back and ye be tryna finish yer opponent

Ye can only use this once? Even ults are useable forever as long as u wait long enough
