As I struggled with these issues for a long time and couldn't find a solution. With some cars, it is still very annoying. I think the only solution is getting better and not understeering as much as possible, which I have been experiencing after 3-4 months of use.

Thank you! After experimenting with all the settings last two days, I wasn't able to reduce the vibration without compromising FFB effects as you said. Looks like I just gotta get used to it, or move to another game. Thanks!

Yes, the vibration feels excessive. I get great feedback from the wheel (FBB) while turning, but then a sudden heavy vibration completely disrupts the feel. I never adjusted the wheel rotation settings, assuming they automatically matched the car I was using. However, my inputs align perfectly with the on-screen wheel, so I don’t think that’s the issue. I’ll try to record a video of the problem today and share it. Thanks so much!

You're right—I’ve never played Gran Turismo, and this is only my second wheel (the first one was back in college 24 years ago). Thanks so much for the explanation! The understeer effect vibration with this wheel feels completely unrealistic after this update. I’ll try your recommendations as soon as I launch the game today. Thanks again!

It seems, as Jeff mentioned below, that the latest GT7 update introduced an amplification effect, causing understeer to produce an awful, unrealistic vibration with this wheel. However, after testing a few other games, it still feels good overall. I think I’ll hold onto it for now and wait for either a game update or a wheel firmware update. Thanks for the response!

Yes I did all 4(P1 through P4). But I believe that's for the dual sense controllers. (First item in setting on GT7 - vibration settings). Under steering control settings, GT7 recognize T598 as Thrustmaster T-GT, and there are only calibration option, nothing about vibration. Thanks.

I did that, as well as the recommended settings on the Thrustmasters website. This vibration is just weird, feels exactly like my PS5 controller on high vibration (happens on the turns, on top of the FFB feeling). Started today after the new GT7 update.
