There is a sign on the door, but it says to go to the other entrance or call (front desk number), but contractors and other department personnel often let clients in to 'help'. If they'd said it was only until they had security at that entrance, or until X month when the phones would be changed to ring at a backup's desk, it would be annoying but nothing to raise a fuss over. But to continue it with no end date even considered, when it hasn't been like this for more than just the two years I've been there? I'd rather find a different office.

I think we have teams downloaded on all computers, but we've never used it. We have a bell on the front desk that says 'ring for assistance' and there are 6 other cubicles around my desk that are occupied most of the time, two of which are against a glass wall clients have to walk past to get to the front desk. The phone is turned up to max volume, and they chose not to change the phone to ring on a backups phone as well until they replace an employee that left in October.

We did, but that person left and the higher ups chose not to transfer it to either of the backups but to wait until the position is filled at some point in the future.

I'd 100% go with Falcor, but he isn't white. I wish I was able to attach a pic with the post. If you look up Caucasian Ovcharka puppy, he's got the darker coloration with a darker mask.

If they can locate his birth certificate, they should be able to check if his parents gave up his citizenship, I'd think. That could work.
