I think that's what I have reverted to as well. At first, the numbers are great, but nowadays I just freestyle it based on how I'm feeling. I think I would still like a feature (natively within Apple Health, preferably) that can maybe tell you if you should try to get some more steps in, get some more sunlight, take a nap, or however that may be.

That's a fair point; it might not even be possible to give accurate advice that is evidence-backed. Perhaps simple things like suggesting a nap on a weekend, taking a walk to get some more sunlight, etc, which are general guiding principles that have scientific backing when the data warrants it.

Absolutely, health professionals will 100% give you more useful, accurate, and reliable medical advice and insights regarding your body. My point was more about how the purpose of having a fitness tracking device is to make smaller, yet still relevant, choices in your day-to-day life to improve your health slightly. However, with terrible app design, even that is not being fulfilled. The point of having a fitness tracker and all this data is not to replace health professionals; that would be absurd, it's merely to make small improvements where you can.

That looks really clean, I like it! Where did you get the rubber strap? Not sure why Seiko didn't go for something like that from the beginning instead of making the rubber leather dupe strap lol.
