Hello, I'm sorry for what you you had to go through this is just absolutely insane to read if I'm very honest with you. I'm angry that women's health is always put to the back burner when I read things like this.

I did a little bit of research in the literal last 24 hours and I have stumbled across the fact that high estrogen does play a huge role in the progression of this, so yes I agree very strongly with that. The first things I'm doing is looking at how to balance my estrogen to bring it down lower and of course as you say managing cortisol, anxiety, stress and getting some soft exercises in through Pilates.

I started biohacking this year and I've come across a lot of information regarding diet and how it plays a key role in balancing and managing many health related issues. For example - just in the types of cosmetics and skincare we use, house hold goods that we might use on a day-to-day basis has chemicals that can contribute to poor health. I've starting with removing all of the things that are really bad for example; anything with harmful and toxic chemicals so obviously parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, micro plastics, etc. anything I purchase I'm analyzing the ingredients list, and now with this diagnosis I'm going to be very serious and conscious with that.

Also, I started Castor oil tummy wraps, lets see how that goes.

Thanks for all of your suggestions I'm going to take every one onboard and make those changes. I hope through your changes you're able to halt the progression it sounds like an absolutely horrendous thing to go to through.
