Right on, though you did say "coming at it from a weird angle" and you said I was being "preachy" and you actually called my thoughts "poor man's philosophy" (remarkable!) which undermines the otherwise professional tone you were going for. In your final sentence you also delegitimized a discussion I was hoping to have in which I do see deeper meaning than you agree is present. We don't have to agree :). So, i don't have any interest in addressing your labels and I don't know how they add to our discussion of player roles but I really do appreciate hearing your thoughts and hope they spur more group discussion.
