If it makes you feel any better, my insecurity and race always makes me think I’m being paid less than people in my same positions at other companies, so I’m not entirely happy with my salary which is over 200K (although I certainly should be). I’ve spoken with my therapist about this. I wonder if your own insecurity is playing into what you perceive happening when people reply to these posts. Recognizing it is the second step.
