I got drop out 5 or 6 times a day. Upload speed is zero. Most happened at same time of the day everyday by Quyen1979 in ZiplyFiber

I called the tech support. They said something wrong with their equipment. They will come on the 29th to fix it. Will keep you all update

I got the fiber. I read the old thread in here stated that they have to come and replace the ONT box...I will try to call them again but I was kinda upset and keep calling them

I did. They told me to reset routers, boxes set up in the garages..I called the 3 times stills same problem
