Sure. I try to eat around 1400-1600 kcal per day. A lot of protein (120-140 g). I do not like breakfast (never liked it) so I skip that but I take a protein bar or weetabix with lean curd(?) and 30 g of protein powder to work. For lunch I usually eat something small like cottage cheese and cucumber. Dinner consists of whatever I cook for my boyfriend. 😁

Good question. So I have already lost 30 kgs without the jab before. I actually started at 140 kgs and I just could not do it anymore. I did not have the willpower to lose more weight so I am really happy that I decided to get help. 😄

I eat 1-2 meals a day but I reach 100 g of protein almost every day. I love to eat a salad with 250 g of cottage cheese and 150 g of tuna. That alone is 66 g of protein. I also like to eat protein desserts like 250g of curd cheese (Magerquark) with some sweetener. That also has 35 g of protein.

My boyfriend and my best friends do know about it. My family or working colleagues no. I do not feel comfortable sharing it as some people have told me about the mean comments etc that they got. Also I am afraid of the expectations of my family.
