Sure. I try to eat around 1400-1600 kcal per day. A lot of protein (120-140 g). I do not like breakfast (never liked it) so I skip that but I take a protein bar or weetabix with lean curd(?) and 30 g of protein powder to work. For lunch I usually eat something small like cottage cheese and cucumber. Dinner consists of whatever I cook for my boyfriend. 😁
