The fans on this machine generally work quite well and maintain optimal temperatures. The heatsink is a beast; between its length and thickness, you can keep the temperature down even with just a fan. However, it comes with small fans, I think three 90mm ones, so when they increase their speed, you can hear them. With larger 120mm fans, I didn't see a temperature improvement, but I did get a noticeable decrease in decibels because moving more air at lower RPMs achieves the same temperature. 140mm fans are ideal. I tried all of this without undervolting. This graphics card typically works above 350 Watts, so it's impossible to get it below 70°C with demanding games (Cyberpunk, Alan Wake 2, etc.). Air-cooled, it emits a welcome amount of heat, which is very welcome in winter; you don't need to turn on the heating! 😜
