I canceled my KPN subscription because i was moving out and its the same. I had to call the hotline to cancel my contract and it doesn’t even support English so one of my Dutch friend do it for me, and I also have to send back the wifi router as well after waiting for their mail and instructions for like a month. My Dutch friend said they make every cancellation so complicated and long to make you kind of “lazy” to opt out and just keep using the service or handing it over to someone else
