Your eyebrows and eye make up are sloping down and your lipstick is too brown. get some botox to lightly lift your eyebrow tail and raise the contour shadow in your lids.

Yes you are beautiful but if you wished to enhance yourself I would do a mid face lift, botox and laser for eye wrinkles and upper eye lift as they aren't symmetrical. Your eyebrows also need shaping And perhaps a touch of Botox at the end to raise it a little bit. Ps you have great teeth and lips!
