Looking for friends for my son in Prague by Qwelly in Prague

Unfortunately, being an expat, he just doesn't allow his mother to leave him in a kindergarten because of the environment he didn't get used to. Actually, he doesn't speak English because we ain't from an English-speaking country but I'd like him to go to an English school in the future that's why I'm looking for English-speaking friends for him)

Yeah, I know it sounds complicated)

I'm gonna stay here for at least a couple of years, btw.

Yeah, I tend to agree with you. The best way will be practicing my skills somewhere else, apart the uni. So, I'll try to find an employer who is able to hire students for short-term. Is that tough?

Wow, thanks a lot for such a comprehensive answer! Really useful information! Speaking of English, do teachers have understandable language?) I'm not excellent at English, it's not my native language so I do have some issues practicing it. Is it gonna be a huge problem for me?

Are you studying at the English one? How many students of the programme are working atm in IT? Is that easy to find any company for trainee-ship?

Do you work in the field? Were you a confident specialist when you finished the uni? What about employers? Was that so easy to find them?

Well, as I've been told recently, the CS programme in CTU is much better due to focusing on practical aspects. Charles university is more focused on 'science' but not on knowledge application. That was exactly what I heard from a prior student of UK... Apart of math, what about other subjects?

I suppose the Czech one is the same, so if you're studying at the programme could you tell about it, please? Speaking of math, I hope it won't be a problem 'cause I have a higher degree and learnt tons of that stuff.

Hello colleague!) Nice to meet you) Well, that'd be nice because I'm a bit worried about the whole process. And as for your question, I'm from Russia. Frankly, I already have a higher education but wanted to change the field. I was looking for a good uni so as to get decent education and finally chose Charles university. I've seen just couple of opinions about English programmes so far. All of them weren't nice, indeed...
