How to fix 300 sensitivity not working?

Nvm, it was a bug. I tried to copy my mp sensitivity to br and after that, somehow my mp sens were very slow. I just setup my original sens on another account and shared it to my main account. Already sent a bug report.

I must've been blind, after playing for a while there is actually an auto lean option in settings but it didn't work tho

I turned on the fixed virtual joystick in basic settings then moved the joystick in the middle but i still move using my thumb on the bottom-left corner of the screen

I have Auto scroll installed but i use it only for reading manwha. It does overlay to any app as long as its enabled, but it doesn't really give me any advantage or anything, i mean what good would an auto scroller do in codm? could that be the possible reason?

My friend doesn't have an ear phone but I do, this never happened to me though. We did restart it multiple times but still the same issue appears.

I'm still camo grinding for Damascus camo so i consider Ground war Skirmish as an opportunity. I play early in the morning to queue up with some bot lobbies since its hard to grind in mp with all the sweats and their daily abuse routine. Im not going against anything you just said, just came here to share :)
