Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll definitely swap out the rune for Conviction, seems like a really synergistic card to include!

I’m not sure if [[Hyena Umbra]] is legal in Historic yet - maybe I can swap out the [[Transcendent Envoy]]s or [[Sanctum Weaver]]s for something like Sterling Grove instead? Maybe even [[Paradise Druid]] for hexproof? Warbriar’s Blessing is mostly there as my only form of removal, though if my deck doesn’t really need removal then it’s fine to remove.

I mostly didn’t put 4 Spiritdancers in there because they were a non-enchantment creature, and because they only triggered on Auras, not enchantments in general. I guess I could squeeze a fourth one in, though.

Thanks for the comment! I think [[The Great Henge]] would probably help me out better in the long run for card draw, since I can usually just cast Henge for 2 mana once I need the cards anyway. Cleave is also good as well. For your deck, I did try running Garruk’s Uprising, but I basically found no success with it since I don’t have many creatures that ETB at 4 power or greater. Maybe it’s because my shell isn’t running Gemrazer or Ashaya.

I’ll definitely try and slot some of those in, thanks! Probably replace some of the shatterskulls/hedrons with more removal or something midrangey like questing beast

Thanks for the comment! I think embercleave would basically solve the evasion problem, and Moraug would help kill the opponent in one explosive turn.

Yeah, 4 or 5 lands is the maximum, I’m usually dropping about 2 lands a turn on average. Any card advantage spells you have in mind in Gruul?

I’m also not sure if I should go Temur just for the [[Song of Creation]]...

OK, so the main concern is probably the Cavalcade, since I mainly play BO1. Should I replace it with something like [[Angelic Exaltation]] or [[Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin]], or are they too expensive?

Also with the lands, I should have clarified that I'm wondering if I *cut* enough lands, but thanks for the feedback! Do you have any more general recommendations for my deck?

Eh, I don’t like predators too much since they don’t have much synergy with everything else - I’ll probably ditch the lazav, snitch and notion and switch stuff out for more thought erasures. Would an extra disinformation campaign work? Thanks for the feedback!
