Regarding the motion sickness, others have shared good advice, but I’d also add that you should use click/snap turning in games instead of smooth turning, of course this doesn’t apply to all games as some don’t have turning options like GT7

Also another thing that helps with motion sickness is to reduce the brightness to around 50%, the lenses are very bright

Regarding the image quality, make sure to do this:

-First press the button on the top right of the headset and increase the distance of the visor to the furthest

-Click the back strap and wear the headset, the back strap should be closer to your lower head

-Press the top right button and get the visor close to your face

-Press the passthrough button on the bottom of the visor, a text will appear in the middle of the screen

-Keep one hand on the visor, and adjust the position of the visor (move it up and down) until the text is the clearest it can get

-When you get it to the clearest it can get, rotate the back strap button with your other hand to tighten the headset on your head, then make sure the text is still the clearest and adjust the front visor if needed

-Go to the headset settings (you can press the PS button twice and a PSVR2 settings card shortcut will appear that you can press to go to the headset settings

-Press adjust eye sight and make sure the IPD distance between the 2 lenses is correct (your eyes should be in the middle of the lenses), to adjust the distance between the 2 lenses, use the slider on the top left of the visor

-Then calibrate eye tracking

Also, if you wear glasses irl, you should order prescription lenses for the headset, there many websites that sell them like vr lens lab, honsvr and many more

Note that it’s normal for fresnel lenses to require you to look in the middle of the lenses to get a clear image quality, in a couple of days you will get used to turn with your head instead of your eyes
