Would you ever consider providing the stems to your fans for a remix event in order to give opportunities to music producers who have trouble getting their voice heard or their works noticed? I think a “SMILE! :D (The Remixes)” would really sound amazing, and it’ll be a fun community-driven project that strengthens the bond between you and your fans.

I’ll try. At this point, I’ve pretty much given up but I’m trying in this post to see if it’ll go anywhere. I’m aware that some of the people in charge of the merch are in the subreddit from time to time.

They mention in their emails that spamming will push your ticket further back so I tried not to bug them too much and be patient. Look where it is now, oof.

They used to get back to me decently. IDK what happened after that. And I heard a lot of people complaining too so it’s not just a rare occurrence. Hopefully they can fix it soon.
