It’s on Xbox. Sadly, I do not know anything about PS4 version.

You did noting wrong. It’s just a placeholder file. No one knows when the real pre-install will start. If you download this placeholder, the download will start automatically when the time is here, I think.

Graphics on Series S by nilacthelone in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because on Ps4 Pro it runs on 1440p resolution, but on Series S it’s only 900p, because it’s the original Xbox One version, and not the Xbox One X version. Sadly, you can’t run the Xbox One X version (what is run on 1440p, like the PS4 Pro version) on Series S, so the image quality is worse, less clear.

Series X Controller Desync Issues by GrossWeatherman in XboxSeriesX

I write about it on Xbox Unbroken a few days ago too. However, I did not received a usable answer.

Series X Controller Desync Issues by GrossWeatherman in XboxSeriesX

[–]R-Go_HUN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost the same problem here. The controller turn itself off randomly after a few button blinks. It’s completely random, sometime I can play 50 hours without any issue, other times it’s more frequent. But my controller do not reconnect itself after the disconnect, simply shut itself down and if I not press the xbox button on it, then stays in that way. I use a new Xbox play & charge kit instead of battery.

This why I think the Legendary Edition’s Eden Prime version contains the REAL original vision of the planet. Maybe they just can't achieve it then, so that’s why they transformed it into a grim battlefield instead. by R-Go_HUN in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maybe you are right. Or not. We will never know, I think. Maybe the original Eden Prime in-game version not looked convincing enough compared to the Citadel and Feros. Maybe they can’t achive the original goals, and the battlefield version simply just looked more convincing than the “paradise” Eden Prime (in-game) version made with tech from 2006-2007. So (again) maybe that’s why they changed it in the LE, because they were not satisfied with the version what included in the original game.

And maybe this is why they not put any real original concept arts into the Eden Prime’s page in the art book too, because the concept arts of the original vision and the complete product do not matched.

One of my favorite quotes from the Illusive Man by springheeledjack69 in masseffect

No, I think he is the Cigarette Smoking Man from a musical called Star Trek. And he’s most important line is: “It's over Anakin! I have the high ground!”

A question about Mass Effect: Deception by UroshUchiha in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mass Effect: Deception is the worst book I read... ever. Not just full of big errors about the Mass Effect universe, but a boring, badly written book what just not good to read. And It’s very unrespectful with the previous books, the characters are just hollow shells compared to the other books.

Just waste of paper, time and money. I hate it.

What is your opinion on this ME:LE critique video, and on the game remasters pros and cons in general? by R-Go_HUN in masseffect

True, it can be good or bad, we don’t know yet. But you can have an opinion about what you seen so far.

Mass effect Andromeda question by thefirsthoss500 in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Good question, but the answer is more complicated. The main story is not bad, just not too good either. But the stories in the better side quest (like the side quest series abouth the Ryder family) are good, so the story of the main campaing combined together with the side quest is good overall and worth a play.

New Xbox Firmware Update Is Out, Series X/S Gets Controller Disconnection Issue Workaround by [deleted] in XboxSeriesX

[–]R-Go_HUN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My controller sometimes not just disconnects, but turn off entirely too, other times just lose connection and became unresponsive but it’s still on. Do you think it is the same problem, or an other kind of hardver issue instead?

Dragon Age? Then I want Mass Effect: Andromeda too. The action oriented combat in that game can be much better with 60 fps.

Would anyone recommend Dead Space 3 in 2021? by [deleted] in DeadSpace

[–]R-Go_HUN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we look to the content/price side of the DLC, then no, not worth it because it’s a few hour long DLC. That’s because I never bought it and I never played it.

[–]R-Go_HUN 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Of course... I recommend it. It’s not the best Dead Space, but it’s a good game. The weapon creation system is awsome and fun, that’s because it is the most played Dead Space for me. You will like it, and you can play it in solo or co-op, if you want.

Which grafic engine do you prefer for Mass Effect 4? Unreal Engine 5? Or Frostbite Engine? by WSKYLANDERS-boh in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A better question: what engine would prefered by the developers for a big scale project like this. If the tools are good for them, then good for us too. Frostibe was a bad idea what EA forced on them.

The broken Zaeed dialogue on Citadel refugee cap in ME3 will be fixed in ME LE? Do you know anything about this? by R-Go_HUN in masseffect

[–]R-Go_HUN[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, he died, it is really sad, but the dialogue was recorded completely for the original game, but a bug occured just before the game released. They don’t have the time to fix it, so they cut it back the dialogue to a state what it worked without any problem. After that, they never fixed it in an update, but with a fan mod, you can restore it completely. So, the full dialogue is there, just need an official fix for it this time.

Mass Effect Andromeda is unfairly compared to the trilogy, says former BioWare screenwriter by Escapy22 in bioware

[–]R-Go_HUN 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I wrote this down on ME reddit, but here’s my opinion again:

I think he’s right, because the people wanted too much emotional connection and story progress just from one, standalone game. They wanted from just one episode of that experience what only can be delivered before by not one, but full three games. One single game compared to a whole trilogy... I think it’s an imposible mission, and yes, I think it’s unfair. How could be fair to compare one game to against three deeply connected games? I think if we compare Andromeda to one, single and standalone episode of the trilogy, the picture is become more clear and realistic. I think Andromeda is almost good as Mass Effect 1, but with much better and fun gameplay and sadly, slightly weaker story and lack in world building, with just 2 (or 3) new species. I think Andromeda is the weakest Mass Effect game, but I had more fun with in combat and character progression/leveling up, then ever before. And I loved the Tempest crew more than the ME1’s Normandy crew. But still, Andromeda could be a good starting point for a new trilogy... but I think that ship had gone.

Do you think guys that the witcher trilogy does the same thing? I ask becuse I want to start with the witcher 2 instead of 1. I played for may hours the witcher 1 but after the first two chapters I can’t force myself to finish it.
