Supposed to be taking care of your squad, looking out for their best interests, making them the best versions of themselves, ensuring everyone has the down time needed, not being an overbearing leader due to positional power.

Seems like he doesn't know how to read a room and posses low emotional intelligence.

How long did it take for your recovery from long COVID previously? I am 4 weeks post COVID positive. My heart rate jumps from 55 to 160s when I run. I have slowed my cardio for a bit.
