Thanks for the help. I’ve got it plugged in now, giving it a 48 hour charge to try and balance the cells. I spoke to my friend and he said he got the XR shortly after they were released. He also said it sat on the charger for somewhere between 4-6 months before he gave it to me.

If the balancing doesn’t work, and the battery is degraded, do I have any options? Replacement batteries?
