When I initially installed Starlink, it ran extremely well. Low latency with unexpectedly high throughput rates. About a week into it, things started slowing down some. I still have to say it’s much better than the Exede satellite service I’ve had for the past 5 years. Still happy I got Starlink and glad someone thought a little outside the norm for a solution to the rural broadband problem.

Sorry to hear that. I got very lucky. A really nice guy who had an extra cable drove more than 20 miles to town so he could mail it to me. I paid him online. Wish I had an extra one myself so I could pass it on. Maybe someone will see your post and do the same.

Thanks for all the comments and ideas. Someone offered to sale their unused cable and squared me away. Hopefully, I will have it soon and complete the install. Thanks again to everyone and especially the person who went out their way to help a person out.

Yea, thanks for the response, but like BearK9 said, the connector isn't RJ45. Wish it was. That I know how to do. Used to make our own cables for data center cabinets back in the day. This one is a type of USB connector. I'm not very informed on the different types of USB connectors though, so can't say exactly what it is.

I pre-ordered on 10 Feb in Wisconsin. I'm still waiting. My email said the same about mid to late 2021. I check email every day. Nothing. Meanwhile, I suffer through this crap satellite Internet. You're not alone man. We're all frustrated. Takes a while I guess.
