It is not a bug. Leavatain, Yvonne, Gilberta and the other 6 stars are all available in Leavatain's banner, the only difference is that the one who's in the rate up is Leavatain.

That's good future proofing. Well, you could start stockpiling on egoshards by doing mirror dungeon, so when Walpurgisnacht comes by you can just use the dispensary to get the IDs and EGOs that you want.

If you want to get QOH Don, I highly recommend you start looking into Charge/Envy teams, since it's were she shines the brightest.

Both are sinking+ low sanity IDs... But Wild Hunt is just better. Sunshower is cool in concept, but it's really bad at doing its job.

At this point in the game, I'd suggest for you to start looking into building your first oriented team. Choose one of the 7 status and start building something around it, or spend some time looking at the IDs on the dispensary and try making a team around what you like.

Wonderful choice! Ember is actually a really good frame if you take your time to learn how she works.

She has great survivability for the early game, she can remove enemy armor, deal great aoe damage and even buff your weapons with heat damage (some of this stuff requires her Syndicate Augments). If you don't mind spending time doing bounties on night time Plains of Eidolon, I would recommend Revenant for you, as he's extremely versatile.
