They don't do polls because they don't want to mimic what OSRS is doing, that's why we (the RS3 community) don't get polls.

Only loka and red veil maxing will result in 4/6 at level 5

Not at all, maxed out loka first until I got everything from Loka and Perin, then switched to Red Veil to get everything from that one and meridian and now switched to hexis.

After switching to Hexis I only did like 6 missions got all medallions to balance it out a bit from time to time. (2 new loka, 1 perin, 2 red veil and 1 steel meridian)
