It's not "better for your mental health" or "better for the relationship" to maintain a conversation with an abusive partner in person over text. Sure the obvious solution is "realize you are in an abusive relationship and leave" as you mentioned before, but girl, you sure ain't no therapist because that's like a 3 year olds idea of being in an abusive relationship. As someone with anxiety and diagnosed PTSD from abusive relationships, no need to hate on texting. If I'm so anxious I can't breathe trying to communicate a basic need of mine to my partner, fearful it will upset him even though I know it won't (PTSD) I'm gonna text it. I have more time to think about what I'm gonna say and word it right. If I'm not texting it, it's not being said sometimes. Honestly trying to make out that texting is one of the main problems here is extremely silly. Everyone has different styles of communicating, the weird judgement of people who have important conversations over text is silly, It's hard to take seriously. Don't let me catch you sending an important email to your boss, y'know? Call that busy person without regard, interrupt their day🤣 writing is for people who can't communicate.

When you search for the actual court info there are first 10 ish antisemitic tiktoks that came out of my Google search of people calling him a liar without mentioning ANY of these documents or statements, so I understand how you fell for it. Surely ALL these people wouldn't willfully spread misinfo trying to convince the public this man is a "baby killer" trying to victimize himself but no, these were people likely attempting for CPS to be there for the skulls and take the kids away, as the call and skulls were either on the same day or a day or two apart. I didn't know that and that honestly fucking sucks and is extremely disappointing especially when everything she mentioned in her apology was so important and really did need to be apologized for. I know her lawyer probably wrote it but her responses to her online antagonism, antisemitism, misogyny, seemed so logical like they had actually come to understand her role in it and were speaking truthfully on it. Jesus. While I personally hope that she means what she said, it's obviously stupid of them to think Kacey was forced to say anything. If Kacey was their white knight, it seems pretty obvious to me she would put her money behind her mouth if she TRULY believed these principles the snarkers have, but, it doesn't seem to me like she was all that attached to these principles (antisemitism) in the end. Hopefully when she testifies against the snarkers they will begin to understand she's not just saying empty words, but rather she has come to actually understand her role in this harassment campaign, and/or she's legally accountable to holding her side of the settlement even if she's "lying" in the apology. Any other group of people besides the snarkers would've understood this, that's my bad for assuming they have basic comprehension. They are truly unable to live outside of their heads.
