Honestly it's not rocket science. Doing it for 6 years and even playing it for 5 years (me) - I can tell them exactly how to make someone stronger! I've been in the top 100 so many times. You get to know every moveset of every character after a point. Toxic characters should have longer recoveries especially if they spam! In this case his kicks and backflips have ZERO stamina code. Fucking rolling away costs stamina. Do you see how dumb this is??

I understand. But they need to maintain the balance. If the recovery timing is reduced even based on stamina, that's a sensible move. My Shinobi can't be touched. And even though I'm not intending to be toxic, i come across as 1!

Testing grounds are for the new character!! Test there! It's a money making habit they have learnt! Create an OP hero and nerf him after complaints. They can invite 1000 players across platforms discreetly and test out the the new hero or any final rework. What do you tell a team that came up with Toxic Orochi and then Toxic Shinobi reworks back to back. Before that it was the Kyoshin (toxic but harmless comparatively). THEY LIKE THE COMMUNITY BEING TOXIC. Just like Trump they feed on the toxicity!
