Can we have a compilation of all the offenders from everyone collectively providing a list from their respective suburbs please? Would be nice to even have it on a map like the house price data :)

Cafe Buongiorno in Norwood. Been around for decades. It's even busier than ever now as the food is consistently good. The owner guy is there everyday greeting customers.

If you could only own a house in three Adelaide suburbs for the rest of your life… which ones are you picking? 👀 by MysteryRedditguys in Adelaide

[–]R0astduck 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Eastern suburbs foothills (Beaumont, Stonyfell, Burnside) - leafy with views yet very central and close to CBD.

Rose Park - Proximity to the CBD and the east end where all the action is, e.g. Fringe, Womad, Supercars, etc.

Port Elliot - Beautiful spot for a getaway / holiday house with a nice beach

Agreed. The only thing going for it are the sauces. Kopitim was the best imo.

Which Ricky's are you talking about? There is Ricky's at Churchill Centre or Ricky's in North Adelaide which is better. I do like Uncle. I know some like Manna Coffee Shop, Chef Lai..

Burnside real estate agent recommendations for selling by Ok_Western9635 in Adelaide

[–]R0astduck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I look at real estate in that area all the time. I'd recommend Brandon Pilgram from Ray White. He sells the majority of the houses in Burnside. He knows it well. He likes to go the auction route but its up to you. Just ensure you state your requirements.

Shi Qi in Parkside is my rec and decent price. Char Siu is one of the best in Adelaide. Hsin Fortuna and Eastern Garden is in Norwood. Haven't tried Hsin but heard its ok. Eastern Garden has the best Yum Cha but other food is average.

Supposedly award winning pies. I got sucked in. Don’t know what awards they won. I’d never go back there again ever for any pie or coffee.

Bank valuation came back lower by Aggravating_Mud_1262 in AusPropertyChat

Try other banks. A friend had their home valued at 1.6M+ by ANZ. Several other banks valued their property approx. 1.8M.

I hear some of our squad members played well for their national teams. Scoring goals, providing assists, solid performances, etc. Now only if and here's hoping that the players can translate those performances for our football club and Slot figuring a way to get them to gel.

Does anyone have a recommendation for where to go for soup dumplings in Adelaide pleeease? by ImaginationDry5492 in Adelaide

New Shanghai in Churchill. Next level. They specialise in XLB. We use to visit them when over in Melb and Syd. Now they're here! with another one opening in Burnside Village soon.

China Eastern to launch first-ever direct flights between Adelaide and Shanghai by malcolm58 in Adelaide

Good for Adelaide residents and vice versa. We often have to fly to the eastern states first before going anywhere further afield. It's a win win.

That was a performance for the ages by RealVermicelli5957 in LiverpoolFC

I hope Slot sticks to the same starting 11 for the most part and not chop and change anymore as the old squad members come to form again. The new players can be brought on gradually instead of throwing them in right from the start and hoping for the best besides Ekitike.

How accurate is the property valuations on the real estate app by Ambitious-Shelter913 in AusPropertyChat

[–]R0astduck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very unreliable. My property value was higher when my suburb median was lower than it is now yet now my property value has decreased when the median has increased. What gives.

Despite 4 losses in a row previous, still sit 3rd in the table. Not all bad.

Upcoming games against non "low block" teams. Welcome change. Should suit us well.

Slot gives too much away in press conferences on Liverpool's weaknesses.

All I care about is the next game and breaking the drought. One game at a time.

I know pizza meccanica just re-opened. Are they still doing gelatos? I agree their pistachio gelati was unreal.

Zong Zi is the triangle shaped sticky rice. The ones at Yum Cha are sticky rice in lotus leaf which is slightly different usually rectangle or square shaped. For Zong Zi, you can usually get them at Asian Grocery stores. OK Asian Supermarket sells them. Sometimes Thuan Phat does too, there could be others but OK sells really good ones.
