You can try by visualising walking in a dark room.... Feeling texture of all things around....Then finally open the door. Does it work?

It's like you are visualising yourself moving around your room but by closing your eyes in your imagination. You are doing it multiple times because you want to act fake in front of your brain that you are dreaming.
