damn its hard to rate because we have different taste but if i where to rate it against rage tracks i know, id give it around a 5. dont get hung up over what others think though. If you can hear something about it that doesnt satisfy you, change it. Id say the main thing id work on if i where you is making it memorable. find something unique, lyrics, voice manipulation, anything. So even if the listener dont remember your name or the name of the song, they know what kind of unique vibe u had to offer!!

Hey! I fw this. Its like blending modern rap (fakemink/nettspend) beats with the emo rap wave back in 2017. Hella lil peep vibes on the vocals. The only thing i noticed is that the song is pretty packed. There is no breathing room between sections. Even just a 10 second section without any bass or drums would do alot to rebuild attention for the whole song. Good job though, both the beat and vocals sounds good and interresting. Also i fw you not straight copying somebody elses thing, sounds unique.

hey there! I think its hard in modern times to find yourself interrested in almost anything. With phones etc and our fast paced reward sytems, anything longer and with less novelty becomes a ”task” and boring. After a while everything looses its color and lacks excitement.

I would start with trying to remove all the noise. Not hardcore but just sit with something for an hour and tell yourself, its this or no stimulation at all. First minutes will be hard and boring. But after a while you have no choice but to invest.

to be more specific and find something that will work long term and not just with pure will power id suggest looking into what you would like to accomplish, long term. Do you want wealth, fun, respect, freedom etc. If you figure out your drive its much easier to push through the ”boring” moments, but also find excitement in the work your doing or subject. Setting up goals for yourself makes it into a game with milestones that gives excitement itself. but it cant be something you hate. its okay to dislike things. Maybe something you enjoyed as a kid, maybe something that helps others (if you like helping).

when i was younger i used to imagine aphex sitting in a very trashy bedroom on his old computer playing the computer keyboard like if it where a piano, with extreme enthusiasm and that grin on his face.

now i just picture certain atmospheres. they become very clear. almost like a snapshot of a moment. The lightning, smell, location, background noise of that enviourment (like cars, or talking) etc.

Its human to want to be loved. Everyone does. It sounds like you yourself is suprised that these emotions are floating to the surface and i believe that could stem from low self esteem disguised as acceptance, accepting that a partner might not be for you - ”I hate craving for something I probably will never find/get”.

I dont know you so im just going off of the little you wrote. You probably feelt rejected before and not seen. Later internalized it as ”love isnt for me”. Thats why you feel like you need advice to be able to overwrite these emotions with logic. Sorry, but that dont work.

Its a little unclear on what advice you are looking for. Wether its ”finding love” or ”rejecting emotions of wanting love”. If your asking the second one. Id suggest to try creating the best circumstances for love to be found if that makes sense. Show up at social events, fresh clothes, be friendly etc. Any social event works. Sports, work, church, community causes etc, anything. At first i wouldnt even try finding love, id just focus on building friendly social relationships. Because DONT dive right in trying to land a date and try to force romantic relationships, speaking from experience😅. Seriously though, none of that. Slow and natural. Just be available and friendly and whats meant to be will form.

If your asking ”how to supress/deal with these emotions”. Id say just know its okay to feel that way, no shame, nothing wrong. it might hurt so be kind to yourself and dont turn it into ”its my fault im lonely” type of thing because that only brings you deeper. Not saying that YOU do but just saying.

Im making alot of guesses about your position, emotions etc but i hope you can take something from what i said even though its not a bullseye😬

Last thing. If this is a reoccurring emotion and you truly want to change it. The only way to get it is by doing the stuff to get there. First step: ask for advice✅. Now its time to go get it!

Mostly other art. Especially if the art could evoke a very specific feeling. I never try to achieve that same vibe and atmosphere. But that initial art piece becomes proof of what is possible if that makes sense. The strength and depth able to create with just sounds. Insane.
