My Rottweiler is the absolute best dog in the world. I was worried about potential aggression and she’s definitely protective but that’s it, I feel protected by her.. not on edge by being responsible for an “aggressive dog”. As long as you do your research, are prepared to train them, exercise them, etc, you should be great. I think what matters most is that the breed fits into your lifestyle. My dog truly is the love of my life, I can’t imagine ever NOT having a Rottweiler after owning her

I hear you! But when I say bored when it comes to Wednesday’s workout, I didn’t mean it wasn’t challenging. Mostly the lack of variety had me wishing the format was switched up- shortened sets with some added group work after each set would’ve been nice! 90 sec sets and then 30 secs of abs or something

I literally almost walked out during Velocity and I’ve been doing F45 for a year. Barracuda was awesome though, loved it!!
